To support our growth, we are now seeking a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop logistics operations while also managing necessary procurement tasks. You will establish and lead an international team of approximately 5–7 people without direct managerial responsibilities, focusing on improving and optimising logistics processes. As this is a newly created position, the role can be shaped and tailored according to your expertise and interests. As a growing company, we provide extensive career progression opportunities, including the potential for more senior positions. In the long term, we hope you will develop within the role and eventually join our management team as a Logistics Director.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and growth-oriented individual to take on this diverse role, offering deep insights into international business operations. You will work closely with your team and gain a broad understanding of our company’s activities. You may be an experienced logistics professional or someone at the early stages of your career. Your educational background may be in business or engineering, but we primarily value a customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to work. Technical skills are essential for success in this role, and you must have a strong command of English. Additionally, a basic understanding of Finnish is required to navigate our internal systems.
