As we accelerate our growth in the USA, we are looking for a Sales Manager to take the lead in expanding our market presence. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving outbound sales and growing our partner network, with a special focus on our QPR ProcessAnalyzer process mining software. Your mission is to identify high-potential opportunities in the North American market, connect with C-level decision-makers at large enterprises, and guide them toward solutions that address their unique challenges. Using a mix of strategic outreach—including LinkedIn engagement, targeted email campaigns, and direct meetings—you’ll create demand, spark interest, and deliver tailored solutions that resonate with both local partners and enterprise clients.
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in software solution sales, ideally in SaaS. Bonus would be if you have an understanding of process mining, business process optimisation, or enterprise analytics solutions. The ability to think creatively, solve problems and adapt to complex business landscapes, is fundamental. Given the time difference, working hours will require flexibility, with evening availability needed to connect with US-based partners and clients. Strong English language skill is essential.
