With over 40 years of expertise, we design and manufacture high-quality automation products that control all HVAC processes within buildings. With factories in Finland and Estonia, we manufacture over 1.5 million products annually, serving customers across Europe. Now, as the energy industry undergoes a major transformation, we are strengthening our market position and looking for a Key Account Manager to HVAC equipment manufacturers.

As a Key Account Manager, you will independently drive sales of our building automation and service solutions to HVAC equipment manufacturer customers. The main mission is to strengthen and develop long-term relationships with existing clients and  identify and acquire new customers mainly Finland. You will work closely with customers and our product development team to create tailored solutions and service concepts that address their specific needs. Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, you will play a key role in ensuring our solutions support the evolving energy landscape. Once you’ve established yourself with the existing customer base and home market, there is also potential to explore opportunities in other European markets.

To excel in this role, a background in B2B solution sales is ideal, preferably within the HVAC sector. Experience in building automation, HVAC technology, District Heating or a related field is highly beneficial. Strong customer relationship management skills are essential, as success depends on understanding client needs and aligning our solutions accordingly. Additionally, Finnish and English language skills are needed for communicating with our customers.

Our sales team operates in a hybrid model in 4 regions, with members spread across the country and regularly traveling to different cities. The team lead is based in our head office in Espoo, while onboarding takes place with our team in Kempele. Also for you, a driver's license and willingness to travel are essential for frequent visits across Finland to meet clients. In this role you will have a high degree of independence, so if you thrive on managing your own schedule and client portfolio, this role is a great fit for you.
