Puls Nutrition specialises in high-quality and, above all, great-tasting sports nutrition and health products. Since 2014, we have been serving the major Finnish retail chains such as Lidl, Tokmanni, Kesko, and the S-Group as well as our clients through our online store and physical stores in Estonia & Latvia. While Finland and the Baltic’s are our core markets, we are actively expanding into new countries from the Nordics to Central Europe and the Middle East. Locally we utilise local partners and distributors, with the goal of growing our sales through both retail distribution and direct sales channels.
We are currently looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to strengthen our procurement chain! In this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing our supply chain. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the supply chain: overseeing the procurement, forecasting material flows, planning and coordinating logistics, negotiating with suppliers and developing inventory management processes. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and the sales team to ensure efficient product deliveries across different markets. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and support business growth.
We are looking forward to finding a skilled new colleague with experience in supply chain management and procurement. Ideally, you have experience in the food or retail logistics sector. The ideal candidate is structured, analytical, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage processes and anticipate supply chain needs. You should be detail-oriented, organised, and possess good negotiation skills.
You will be part of an international and dynamic team operating in Finland, Estonia, and Latvia. Our Finland-based team consists of five employees, while we have a larger organisation in the Baltic region. Our culture is open, supportive, and entrepreneurial, providing both responsibility and freedom, along with strong support from the team and leadership. Our common working language is English, but you can surely put your other language skills in use when working with the customers.
