Could you be the one to open new doors for Finnish glass innovation in Sweden?

Vitrea is a Finnish family-owned company known as a pioneer in customised glass solutions. We design and deliver technically advanced glass surfaces for demanding architectural projects both in Finland and internationally. Our product range includes fire-resistant glass, special façade glasses and glass blocks as well as other high-end glass solutions for construction– We represent world’s leading glass producers, some with decades lasting partnerships. Our operations are built on a seamless blend of aesthetics, safety and innovation. We are on a steady growth path and currently expanding our presence in the Swedish market.

To support this growth, we are now looking for a Nordic Market Expansion Specialist to help us take our Swedish market entry to the next level. This is a brand-new role, giving you the opportunity to shape both your job content and your ways of working. You will be mapping potential partnerships with construction companies and design firms, initiating conversations and raising awareness of Vitrea’s special glass products in the Swedish construction industry. Your work will involve active outreach, attending networking events where relevant, and engaging in sales – the goal is to become involved in construction projects as early as the design phase.

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven professional who knows how to make an impact. Your background could be commercial or technical, and experience or an eye for the construction industry is a definite advantage. You don’t need to be a seasoned expert – what matters most is a strong drive and the ability to understand how glass products can add value in various types of building projects. You’ll need to communicate fluently in English, and Swedish language skills are a clear asset. Finnish will help you on the home front.

You’ll be joining a friendly and down-to-earth office team where everyone has their own responsibilities and role.
