With a fully automated service platform and custom webshops built for each client, we serve companies with ongoing workwear needs. We serve mainly regulated industries like energy, construction, and logistics. Suomen Brodeeraus is now exploring international opportunities and looking for a proactive and business-savvy talent to support the growth journey.
We are now hiring an International Growth Coordinator to support our internationalisation efforts. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Growth lead to analyse new market opportunities, localise our sales and marketing efforts, and test pilot activities in selected European markets. In this role, you will get to shape the future of our international sales operations. We are happy to tailor the role and responsibilities according to your strengths and experience and put in use your knowledge or network on a certain market.
You might come from a background in sales, marketing, export, or international business development. What matters most is your entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and ability to take initiative. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and driving things forward, whether that means reaching out to potential clients, analysing market data, helping tailor our offering to local needs, or working on tender documentation. We hope you feel comfortable working independently and remotely while staying aligned with our small core team in Jyväskylä. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Finnish or other languages is a plus.
